Masters

Designed for our athletes ages 50+ our Masters program is a safe and effective way to train your body for every day tasks. You will have the opportunity to workout with a group of like minded, dedicated and energized individuals who love taking care of their bodies and making every day a great day.

The Masters program runs at 6am MWF with the regular class.   The Masters have their own programming geared toward mobility and functionally than heavy strength.   These workouts are all instructor lead and include a warm-up, mobility, strength training and a conditioning workout to get your heart pumping!
