Yoga

Lead by instructor Jacqui Lingler, our yoga is programmed specifically to target balance in the mind and body, improve flexibility and strength, and used to build a practice of mindfulness in and outside of the gym. We currently offer yoga once a month to both members and non-members.  This class takes place on the first Sunday of each month at 9:00am
