Yoga

Lead by instructor Jacqui Lingler, our yoga is programmed specifically to target balance in the mind and body, improve flexibility and strength, and used to build a practice of mindfulness in and outside of the gym. Various class times make yoga accessible to all people of all athletic and fitness levels.

Drop-in rates along with 5 and 10 session packages are currently available.   Please see our pricing page for details.

Current classes offered are:
Thursday 6:30pm – Slow Flow
Saturday 9:15am – TPF All Levels: A class for all levels of yoga experience. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just starting out, there are poses and modifications for all levels. A great way to recover and cool down from the 8am CrossFit class.
