CF Teens

CF Teens

CrossFit Teens is for ages 13 to 17. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. We provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our kids. The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. Contact us to learn more for special team programming and classes outside of the noted class times.

YOGA

Lead by instructor LaRaun, our yoga is programmed specifically to target balance in the mind and body, improve flexibility and strength, and used to build a practice of mindfulness in and outside of the gym. We currently offer yoga once a month to both members and non-members. This class takes place on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month at 8:45am

Personal Training

If you are looking for an extra push with a personalized touch outside of traditional group classes, our coaches are here to assist you!

WOMEN STRONG

A women's only class offered twice a month. All women & levels welcome! Don’t worry if this is your first time, we have a workout that everyone can do!
