CF Teens

CF Teens

CrossFit Teens is for ages 11 to 17**. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. We provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our kids. The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. Contact us to learn more for special team programming and classes outside of the noted class times. **Younger than 11 taken on a case by case basis
