Monthly class challenges will award classes points according to their finish rankings. 

First place – 5 points 

Second place – 4 points 

Third place – 3 points 

Fouth place – 2 points 

Fifth place – 1 point 

The Class Cup will be awarded during the annual Battle Under the Bridge. The winners will have their names added to the Cup.  

September Individual Challenge - Total Time Accumulated

The September Challenge will be an individual challenge for total time. Each week you will have the opportunity to accumulate time. Each week for the month of September will be a different movement.

Week 1(Sept 1-8): Dead Hang
Week 2(Sept 9-15): Farmers Hold; 55/35
Week 3(Sept 16-22): Hollow Plank Hold
Week 4(Sept 23-30): Wall Squat/Plate Hold; 25/15/10

As always, reps are to be completed with the time remaining in class, after the day’s programmed workout.

Highest total time at the end of September wins!
